Zambia
The Zambia golf scene is growing in demand with a range of good golf clubs and courses with more being built each year. Golf in Africa is really taking off, with the climate and wide open spaces particularly well-suited to the game. Zambia golf clubs are friendly with a flexible service. Tourists and business travellers are welcome to visit clubs for an enjoyable round. Visitors are also encouraged to attend Zambia golf tournaments that are increasingly attracting quality international players. In the late 1970s Golf Digest ranked Nchanga Golf Club (built by copper miners) 14th in an article rating the 50 finest courses outside the United States, sadly it fell into disrepair, but it experienced a resurgence, hosting the Zambian Open in 2006 and 2011. If you travel in Zambia and play golf we'd love to hear about your experiences. Don't hesitate to contact us.
