Bloxwich Golf Club

At Bloxwich Golf Club you can enjoy a club with the best of both worlds – the peace and tranquillity of a rural club yet with an easily accessible location.

Leave the first tee and you will be transported into the heart of arable Staffordshire countryside on an undulating semi-parkland course. You will find it hard to believe you are but a few miles from the M6 and adjacent to the A34 when the only noises you hear are songbirds in summer and the occasional tractor.

A mature, undulating, parkland course of distinctive character, Bloxwich Golf Club makes full use of its natural hazards to provide a testing round of golf and a real sense of achievement for players of all levels. The 18-hole course also boasts a practice pitching area, putting green, short chipping and bunker area, and nets to perfect both the long and short game.

Bloxwich Golf Club – Staffordshire

In 2010, the decision was made to reconfigure the course into two 9 hole loops, which allowed the 18th hole to be located directly adjacent to the cluhouse, a fitting finishing hole to a true test of golf. Although not the longest Championship length course in the area, at 6296 yards off the white tees, 6096 off the yellow tees, and 5340 for ladies, Bloxwich is one of the most challenging and rewarding.
Unusually, Bloxwich has five par three’s and four par five’s, but its most demanding holes are its par fours. Two testers to look out for are the 455 yard ninth, which drives over water against the prevailing westerly winds before gradually rising up to the green, whilst the 458 yard twelfth, with water hazards threatening the drive and approach shots, poses another formidable challenge.

Visitors are welcome Monday – Friday (except public holidays). Guests accompanied by a member are welcome every day.
