The Golf Club Alès Ribaute is located near the little town of Ribaute-Les-Tavernes in the region of Languedoc-Roussillon in southern France, on the southern edge of the national park Cevennen. It lies at the banks of the river Gardon d’Anduze, nestled between acacia and poplar trees.
The Golf Club Alès Ribaute is easily accessible from the little neighboring towns. Ribaute-les-Tavernes is five minutes away via the D106, and Anuze 15 minutes via the Route de Ribaute/D106. The city of Alès, from which the club received its name, is 20 minutes away via the D24, and the next biggest city of Nîmes is reachable in 45 minutes. The Golf Club Alès Ribaute was established in 1996 and is home to a 6 hole course. The holes are between 19 and 879 meters long. T. Lassalle is responsible for the design of the course. He designed the course with bunkers and few water hazards, so that the terrain is ideal particularly for beginners and golfers who want to play a quick round.
In the practice area of the golf club, golfers can make use of a driving range with 20 tees, a pitch & putt area, and a large putting green. If needed, golf clubs and trolleys are available for rent. The Golf Club Alès Ribaute also offers a small Pro Shop, in which golfers can purchase golf clothing and items such as golf balls or tees.
