The Payerne golf club was designed by French architect Yves Bureau in a soft, undulating landscape.
As soon as you get through the club’s gate, a path bordered with majestic plane trees leads you to the XVIIIth century Club House. There, the view is so beautiful and clear over the course and the whole region.
Without being narrow, the course is quite compact (par 70, 5,450 meters). The fairways are wide and the greens are large but numerous sand traps and water hazards guard their access! Contrasted with its harmonious undulations but never painful, the Payerne golf course is one of those where people like to play again and again.
In addition to its technical and sports qualities, the course offers a wide variety of flowers that enhance the natural beauty of the site. One can also observe many species of birds a hundred boxes help protect.
