The golf course begins to really test golfers from the start. The par-3 2nd hole that stretches 201 yards gives a stern test with bunkers left, and natural vegetation to the right. If you miss the green its best to be short, however, the multi-tiered green slopes away from the tee box from left to right.
The par-4 5th hole is a classic risk/reward hole. The hole is a short 365 yards and tempts the longer hitters to take aim at the green from the tee. However, accuracy is a necessity to avoid the bunkers to the left and water guarding the right. The carry over the water is 250 yards so golfers will need to get all of their tee shot. To play the hole safe, hit a long iron or fairway wood to the landing area left of the green and leave yourself a short approach shot.
The par-4 15th hole is another decision making hole. The hole stretches a lengthy 485 yards, and has a bunker strategically placed on the right side of the fairway. Clear the bunker and cut off major distance for your approach shot into the green, or play it safe by hitting short of the bunker and a long iron awaits. The green ahead is surrounded by bunkers, thus accuracy and distance control being essential.
The 18th hole is a monster of a hole stretching 622 yards and giving you several decision making opportunities. The fairway is a split fairway, bisected by water.
